About Us
Suncrest has been selling/distributing locally-grown lettuce, grown by our local SF Bay Area grower
(using Suncrest hydroponic technology, see attached) since 2016. Today we are well known in the

Practices
Suncrest's certified grower for the SF Bay area is GAP & GHP Certified by the USDA.
Lettuce is greenhouse grown using Suncrest's proprietary Deep Water Culture (DWC) hydroponic systems. Lettuce plants float on rafts on very large tanks of nutrient-rich potable water. Only the roots are in the water so the leaves are not sprayed.
The tanks operate as water conveyor belts.
